Lasting Performance
After a water blaster has been selected for refurbishment, the entire system is dismantled and each component is sent to its designated department for inspection. If any part of the water blaster needs replacing, it’s replaced with factory OEM parts and restored back to factory condition using manufacturer guidelines.
Engine Service
Our thorough engine service process includes draining and replacing all fluids and filters, checking all hoses, fittings, and wiring, servicing and adjusting the PTO, inspecting the drive system (including belts and drives), and testing and certifying the unit with documented results. We leave no stone unturned to ensure your engine is running smoothly and efficiently.

Belts

Power & Fluid End Overhaul
Our power-end inspection covers journal bearings, main bearings, end play, crosshead assembly, and oil seals. For the fluid end, we replace packing, brass, and wear parts, as well as inspect plungers and lap valves. This comprehensive overhaul ensures optimal performance and longevity for the heart of your equipment.

- Factory sleeved and decked to new standards
- New connecting rod journal bearings

- Adjust end-play and shim accordingly
- New cross head assembly, plunger adapters, seal holders and seals
Fluid End
- New packing and brass rings
- New plungers
- New bi-pass valve, pressure gauge and rupture disk
- New wear items and seals
Trailer Restoration
We don’t just focus on the equipment itself; we also offer trailer restoration services. This includes replacing tires, brakes, and wheel hubs, inspecting and replacing faulty trailer wiring and lights, and replacing all plumbing lines and fittings. Your equipment deserves a reliable and safe mode of transportation.
